Terms & Conditions - Cakes - Magia by Coky
By placing an order with Magia by Coky, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out on this page. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order to avoid any disappointment.
1. Order Placement & Confirmation:
1.1 Cake orders require a minimum of four (4) days advance notice and are subject to availability. Placement of an order does not guarantee acceptance.

1.3 Your order is not confirmed until full payment is received and availability is confirmed by Magia by Coky. We will contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your order request to confirm availability and finalize payment.
1.4 Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on custom cake orders once production has begun. For standard cake orders, cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup time will not be refunded.
2. Product Details:
2.1 While we strive to replicate designs shown on our website or social media, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our cakes and the availability of ingredients.
2.2 Fresh flowers and iced decorations may vary from the original image viewed or provided due to seasonal availability.
2.3 Sprinkles and other cake decorations may also vary due to availability.
3. Allergens:
3.1 While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, all cakes and ingredients may contain or come into contact with the following allergens: Dairy, Wheat, Nuts, Soy, Gluten, and other potential allergens. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order placement.
3.2 We will not be held responsible for any allergy-related issues if you do not inform us of any dietary restrictions.
4. Pick-Up:
4.1 Cakes are available for pick-up only from our location at 773 Stanley St, Woolloongabba. Pick-up hours are Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM. For weekday pick-up (Monday-Friday), simply contact us, and we'll be happy to arrange a time that works for you.
4.2 You will be notified of your confirmed pick-up date and time after your order is processed and payment is confirmed. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time.
4.3 If you are unable to pick up your cake at the designated time, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Cakes not picked up within business hours of the scheduled time may be subject disposal.
4.4 For safe transport, your cake will be provided in a box. We suggest placing the box on a flat surface, such as the passenger floor of your vehicle. Please ensure that other items in the car cannot fall onto the cake and, if possible, direct the air conditioning towards the cake (footwell vents). If you have a passenger, we recommend they hold the cake during the journey.
5. Cake Storage & Handling:
5.1 Once your cake has been picked up, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the cake while it is in your care, including damage due to incorrect storage or transportation.
5.2 We provide a cake care card with each cake. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure the cake's quality.
6. Image Use:
6.1 Magia by Coky reserves the right to take and use photographs of your cake before, during, and after the final display.
6.2 These images may be used for marketing, advertising, training, development, and other promotional and social media purposes without any form of compensation to you.
7. Pricing & Payment:
7.1 Cake prices are as displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
7.2 A 100% deposit is required to begin the cake creation process. Full payment is due five (5) days prior to the pick-up date.
8. Order Changes:
8.1 Any changes to a confirmed order (date, design, size, flavor, etc.) must be requested at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled pick-up date and are subject to approval. Additional charges may apply.
9. Rush Orders:
9.1 Rush orders may be possible, subject to availability and full payment confirmed by Magia by Coky. No refunds or amendments are available for rush orders. Please contact us directly via direct message/contact form to inquire about rush order availability.
