This cake is a staple in an Argentinian confitería (that´s how we call bakeries) or café & it´s just absolute bliss!

The base is our insanely fudgy brownie made with Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate, topped with dulce de leche & whipped cream or meringue (your call!).

You can choose whether we leave as it is (outterly beautiful) OR add fresh fruit on top. Let us know!
